  Worst customer service ever. Everyone was nice but the manager. One lady told me they would exchange a bag of dog food and she understood then the manager told me “she isn’t anybody”. Very unprofessional on his part to talk about a coworker like that. It was past 30 days but when I bought it they told me I could exchange it if he wouldn’t eat it but never said anything about a 30 day policy. I was concerned about the size of the kibble but it was the same brand but for weight management. I talked to an associate and they told me it was the same size but it isn’t. My dog just ran out of his food this week and I just opened it a few days ago. The kibble is bigger. After it sitting in his bowl for 3 days I decided to take it back. I used to shop there for all of my needs but won’t be going back until they get rid of the pompous arrogant jerk of a manager they have now. It’s people like him that hurt brick and mortar stores and send customers to online shopping. So much for saving money... I would rather pay more and be treated with some form of respect as a customer. My only suggestion for customers if you shop here is to avoid the manager at all costs as he won’t help you anyway...
