He offered options and ideas that we would never have thought of if we had just bought fixtures and cabinets from the big box stores. For bath #1 the fixtures arrived a month before we were ready to install. When we opened the box for the toilet, it was damaged. We contacted Andy and he stopped what he was doing to immediately drive 35 miles to bring a replacement.
