  Was looking for a last mintue Christmas gift on line that was in my price range and found it and call the store and there was a gentleman was very helpful and look to see if he had for me and yes the necklace was there and he offer to wrap the gift for me I was very satisfied.and would go back again.

  We use Kay Jewelers in Okemos and in Jackson, MI. Both stores are nice. The staff at the Okemos store do seem much happier with their jobs. I’ve never had to wait at the Okemos store. The Jackson store employees tend to focus on one customer at a time and ignore those waiting, until it’s your turn. At Okemos, the employees seem to work together as a team and don’t let customers feel ignored.
